Devin Hightower
Founder & CEO
As a career United States Space Force Intelligence Officer, I have dedicated over a decade to one mission: leveraging intelligence to solve the hardest problems facing our Space Enterprise. Now, through SPIN Solutions, I’m taking that mission to the next level and applying the lessons I’ve learned across operations, acquisitions, and test to deliver intelligence-driven solutions that strengthen our nation’s ability to prevail in space.

As one of the leading experts in the space intelligence community, I bring a rare blend of operational insight and analytical rigor to every challenge. My goal is to build and lead a team of professionals who can stand beside our nation’s leaders, offering clarity and confidence when it matters most.

The space domain is no longer a distant frontier; it is a contested warfighting environment. Our adversaries are accelerating their development of space and counterspace capabilities, and our response must be smarter, faster, and more precise. That is why my focus is singular: to ensure the United States maintains its position as the dominant power in space.

There is a growing shortage of intelligence professionals who truly understand the complexities of Space Superiority missions. SPIN Solutions exists to fill that gap. By combining deep experience in operations, operational test, acquisitions intelligence, and my tenure at the National Space Intelligence Center, I ensure our clients have one advantage above all others: Intelligence Driven Confidence in their mission.
